Beans

I think sometimes it’s extra difficult to paint little little kids like this, because they can be such smooshy-smooshfaces (technical term) that it’s often a real challenge to pick out their actual features and make them look like themselves! I like how this one turned out, though - all big eyes and pouty lips and sweet baby cheeks! Little Beans, 9”x12” watercolor on paper.
